Congo DRC
We are privileged to introduce you to Abigael Mongi, a remarkable leader who has been at the forefront of our ministry in the Congo since its inception in 2023. Abigael is a woman of incredible dedication, passion, and a heart for serving others.
Abigael is not only a devoted wife and mother to her own children but also extends her love and care to several orphaned children. Her ability to speak multiple languages enables her to connect with a diverse range of individuals and communities, fostering deeper relationships and understanding.
At the core of Abigael's work is her unwavering commitment to empowering impoverished women and sharing the transformative message of the gospel with them. Through her tireless efforts, she not only teaches these women the teachings of the Bible but also seeks to address their practical needs, equipping them to support themselves and their families.
Abigael's impact reaches far and wide as she works with three distinct groups of women, catering to their unique circumstances and challenges. Despite the bustling and densely populated area of Bukavu, where she resides and serves, she continues to press forward in the face of adversity, such as the pervasive poverty, exorbitant prices of essential commodities, and the looming threat of rebel activity.
We, as a ministry, have the honor of providing ongoing support to Abigael by sending monthly funds to aid her in her vital work. Together, we are enabling her to expand her reach and touch the lives of countless more impoverished women who are in desperate need of hope, empowerment, and the love of Christ.
